Cool company started by 3 Web folks (experience/usability, developer, writer) — no real estate agents! — in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada in February of 2008. Together, we built a site focused on customers who need real estate agents. THE IDEA: Rating agents to help the best rise to the top and help poor ol’ saps like us find the right one to help us sell (or buy) homes faster with better customer service and results.

And so www.What-Customers-Say.com —- the company with the uber-long URL —- was born. It was launched in beta on August 26, 2008 (even though our site says it was the 22nd… it was the 26th).
